I went bike riding around Westport, Ma. a few weekends ago. It is really beautiful. There are several coastal villages you can explore in this region. Padanaram which is in South Dartmouth. Little Compton in RI and Westport in Ma. There are lots of fun places to ride bikes, great farms, road side stands and beaches. If you get a chance to visit bring your bike and explore some of these quaint new england towns. The views are beautiful and the farmland is pristine.

Well I have been very lax about posting to my blog. The month of January has come and gone and quite frankly I am thrilled to see it go. The weather here in Boston this winter has been terrible. We currently have about 4ft of snow and we have all been dealing with icy driveways. I will try to post some storm photos soon. Hopefully I can add some more photo posts soon.

I have been working in the SFO area this past week and I managed to get one day of shopping in. It is foggy and cold in San Francisco tonight but not as cold as it is in Boston. Here are some of the fun cupcake items I managed to find. Hope you are all enjoying your Holiday shopping.

It was a glorious weekend in the Boston area. Saturday was Sunny and Mid 60′s and Sunday was a bit cooler but still very warm for November. Our roses are still blooming which is just incredible. I played tennis on Saturday and raked leaves on Sunday. I am tired and a bit sore. I have some major work projects going on for the next few weeks so will write more in a few weeks and tell you about my adventure to California.

Well Yes I went Bowling…….I will not say I bowled well……but I had a lot of fun bowling. I worked with a team of women at work to put on a big party for our corporation. To celebrate the success of our event we all went to dinner and bowling. This was a very fancy bowling alley and we had so much fun and I have not laughed like this in awhile. I enjoyed myslef so much that the next weekend I went on a double date with my friend Barb and we dragged our husbands along and went bowling again. I did a bit better the second time around. The real surprise was that my DH was a very good bowler………He is always surprising me.
Here are some photos from my Hipstamatic camera………Very Retro!

We had another busy weekend around our house.. We had 3 Cord of Wood delivered and yes our wood stove is on and keeping us cozy warm. We have been cleaning up around the yard and getting our home and garden ready for winter. The Koi in the pond are slowing down and pretty soon we will need to put out our Ice Melter into the pond. Overall it has been a gorgeous Fall and we have had roses blooming right through October. We managed to play tennis today even though it was a bit windy. Life gets pretty busy for both us frome here on out. I have lots of projects at work and will be traveling for a week at the end of November. Then we head into the Holidays and before we know it New Years will be here. Hope you are all getting lots of Fall projects done. Maggie loves the Fall and she sits on the new deck with her toys and watches the birds and squirrels

My DH and I went to NY for his Birthday a in mid October. We had lots of fun kicking around the city and enjoying NYC in the Fall. We went to Central Park, Met Museum of Art, Canal Street, Rockefeller Center and of course we ate in lots of yummy restaurants. We took the train from Boston and stayed in two different Hotels. Here are a few of my touristy photos. If you get the chance for a weekend in NYC go for it.
